In his opening speech, Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Hubert Aiwanger emphasized the importance of leveraging synergies, promoting innovation and exploiting the potential of artificial intelligence across all clusters. He stressed the need to make Bavaria’s economy fit for the future. He urged us to remain “optimistic about the future” and to face challenges such as the scarcity of resources with all the more inventiveness in order to be able to compete with other locations.
The cluster offensive has been promoting networking and cooperation between companies and research institutions in its 17 clusters since 2006, thereby strengthening innovation and competitiveness in Bavaria.
