A wide variety of funding programs support promising Bavarian talents and projects to quickly put AI research into application-oriented, innovative practice.

With the Cluster-Offensive, the Free State of Bavaria promotes the competitiveness of Bavarian companies in 17 key industries. The cluster platforms network companies and research institutions and help companies to jointly develop products, optimize corporate processes and open up markets.

The program of the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital Affairs supports medium-sized companies in the application of AI tools in strategy, production and administration. Interested companies are advised and trained in three regional centers.

The Bavarian Startup Network for startups, investors, and the industry is the central institution for startup financing in Bavaria. It supports innovative founders in building their companies and assists them in finding startup and growth capital.

The Program for Investment Promotion in Bavaria offers comprehensive support and tailored services to companies looking to invest in Bavaria. It covers all stages of establishing a presence, from the planning phase and site selection to implementation.

The 12-month program supports business successors in digitalization. The goal is to assist them in developing and enhancing skills in digitalization and innovation to make their (family) businesses future-proof. Simultaneously, the program encourages networking among participants.
