The initiative DIGHUM lectures started with regular online events to discuss the different aspects of Digital Humanism. This lecture will deal with a new class of "regulatory data infrastructure" taking up functions that were once performed by the state. The speaker Stefania Milan will introduce the work-in-progress notion of regulatory data infrastructure, exposing the growing influence of the private sector in the governance of the social—and why we should worry.
