MMK26 – Bold Moves – 10.–11.03.2026

Under the motto "Bold Moves - Managing with Courage," MMK26 brings together decision-makers from business, science, and politics at the Technical University of Munich. The focus is on the question of how leadership succeeds in times of profound transformation: between stability and renewal, between willingness to take risks and responsible management. Courage is not understood as activism, but as forward-looking, reflective action.

The two-day program combines keynotes, panels, and discussion formats on central future topics such as artificial intelligence, industry and robotics, energy and infrastructure, mobility, digital sovereignty as well as leadership and corporate culture. High-level representatives from business, academia, and the public sector share their perspectives on strategic decisions, scaling innovations, and the role of ecosystems in a globally interconnected economy.

The stage program is complemented by workshops, masterclasses, and interactive formats. The MMK26 sees itself as a platform for lifelong learning and exchange, where experience meets curiosity and research meets practice. A special highlight is the presentation of the MMK Award of Excellence, which honors outstanding contributions to transformation.
