Artificial Intelligence in the Job: Experience. Understand. Shape. – 24.03.2026
As part of the interactive event series "Artificial Intelligence in the Job: Experience. Understand. Shape.", the workshop in Munich invites participants to explore the practical use of AI in the workplace. The focus is on how AI applications change work processes and job profiles and how these changes can be sensibly and responsibly implemented in one's own company.
The workshop takes place in the stationary AI studio of Fraunhofer IAO and combines demonstrators, guided tours, and interactive work phases. Participants experience current AI applications from different work contexts, reflect on their impact on their own work environment, and discuss together which competencies, framework conditions, and participation formats are necessary for a successful introduction of AI.
Accompanied by experts from Fraunhofer IAO and the Institute for Industrial Engineering and Technology Management at the University of Stuttgart, participants develop concrete ideas on how AI technologies can be human-oriented and integrated into their own workday. The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to actively shape the transformation of the working world.
