Artificial Intelligence at Work: Experience. Understand. Shape. – 26.02.2026
As part of the interactive event series "Artificial Intelligence in the Job: Experience. Understand. Shape." the workshop in Munich invites participants to explore the practical use of AI in the workplace. The focus is on how AI applications transform work processes and job profiles, and how these changes can be meaningfully and responsibly shaped within one's own company.
The workshop takes place in the stationary AI studio of Fraunhofer IAO and combines demonstrators, guided tours, and interactive work phases. Participants experience current AI applications from different work contexts, reflect on their impacts on their own work environment, and jointly discuss which skills, framework conditions, and participation formats are necessary for a successful introduction of AI.
Accompanied by experts from Fraunhofer IAO and the Institute for Industrial Engineering and Technology Management of the University of Stuttgart, participants develop concrete ideas on how AI technologies can be transferred into their own workday in a human-centered way. The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to actively help shape the transformation of the working world.
