AI for Good Global Summit – 07.–10.07.2026
The AI for Good Global Summit brings together international actors to specifically harness the potential of Artificial Intelligence for social progress. As the United Nations' leading platform for AI, AI for Good promotes exchange between politics, business, science, civil society, and international organizations with the aim of using AI responsibly, inclusively, and with an impact-oriented approach.
The focus is on solutions and knowledge exchange for global challenges, building competencies for the AI era, and dialogue on standards, regulation, and governance. A particular focus is on the development of international AI standards, strengthening skills and capacities, and on political and regulatory frameworks that enable innovation while addressing risks.
Accompanying the summit, the inaugural Global Dialogue on AI Governance instead, based on a recent resolution of the UN General Assembly. This format creates space for the exchange on effective global AI governance and underscores the role of the summit as a central platform for international coordination and collaboration in the field of artificial intelligence.
