Apply AI: Understand and implement Article 4 of the AI Regulation - 10.02.2026

The training provides a practical introduction to the competency requirements of the EU AI Act, with a particular focus on Article 4 of the AI Regulation. This regulates that providers and operators of AI systems must ensure that employees and other stakeholders possess an adequate level of knowledge and experience in handling AI.

After a compact introduction to the structure and objectives of the EU AI Act, the training analyzes Article 4 in detail: What due diligence obligations exist? Which competencies are organization-specific relevant? Furthermore, practice-oriented elements are conveyed, such as requirements for documentation, proof of competence development, and implementation possibilities for internal training and further education programs.
