As part of an evening fireside chat, the founding team fromSignalsWinner of the TUM CDTM Anthropic Hackathon 2025, insights into the journey from an intensive hackathon idea to a marketable AI product in the healthcare sector. The focus is on how a small team developed a working prototype in the shortest possible time and step by step evolved it into a solution with initial pilot customers.

The session provides practical insights into how speed, early user feedback, and the targeted use of AI as a productivity lever were key success factors.
